Product Overview

Bronze sheet is a flat-rolled copper alloy product manufactured in various grades, tempers, and thicknesses for demanding industrial and engineering applications. Compared with standard brass materials, bronze sheet provides higher strength, improved fatigue resistance, and superior wear performance.

Produced through precision rolling and heat treatment processes, bronze sheet offers excellent formability, dimensional stability, and corrosion resistance in harsh environments. Its balanced mechanical and conductive properties make it suitable for both functional and precision components.

Bronze sheet is extensively used in electrical connectors, springs, bearings, marine equipment, and industrial stamping parts where durability and reliability are critical. It is widely applied across electronics, marine engineering, aerospace, and heavy industrial manufacturing sectors.

FAQ — Bronze Sheet

Common engineering questions on bronze sheet: alloys, standards, tempers and supply.

Phosphor bronze (C51000/C52100), silicon bronze (C65500), aluminum bronze (C61600/C61800) and manganese bronze (C67500) are common UNS grades rolled into sheet and strip.
Phosphor bronze plate, sheet and strip follow ASTM B103; silicon bronze ASTM B96/B98; aluminum bronze ASTM B169. Check the spec against the alloy and temper required.
Bronze sheet is supplied in annealed (O61) and spring (H08/H10) tempers. Phosphor bronze in spring tempers is used for high-fatigue flat springs; softer tempers are chosen for deep drawing and spinning.
Springs, bearing plates, diaphragms, marine hardware, chemical-equipment liners and corrosion-resistant cladding. Phosphor bronze is favored for fatigue and wear; aluminum bronze for strength and seawater service.
Linsy Copper supplies bronze sheet against ASTM specs with per-order MTR/MTC, SGS on request, RoHS/REACH compliance, low-MOQ custom production and a 10–60 day lead time, with quote response within 1 hour.
