Product Overview

Pure copper tube is a seamless or welded copper product manufactured in multiple grades, tempers, and forms for industrial and commercial applications. With excellent thermal conductivity and reliable corrosion resistance, pure copper tube provides efficient performance in fluid transfer and heat exchange systems.

Produced through extrusion, drawing, and annealing processes, pure copper tube offers excellent ductility, dimensional stability, and fabrication performance for demanding engineering environments. Its smooth internal surface and superior conductivity make it suitable for high-efficiency thermal systems and refrigeration applications.

Pure copper tube is extensively used in air conditioning systems, refrigeration equipment, plumbing systems, medical gas pipelines, and industrial heat exchangers where durability and thermal efficiency are essential. It is widely applied across HVAC, construction, energy, medical, and manufacturing industries.

FAQ — Pure Copper Wire

Common engineering questions on pure copper wire: grades, standards, conductivity and supply.

ETP copper C11000 and oxygen-free grades C10200/C10100 are the standard UNS grades. C11000 covers most electrical wire; C10100/C10200 are used where maximum conductivity or hydrogen-embrittlement resistance is required.
Bare copper wire references ASTM B1/B2/B3 for drawn wire and ASTM B152 for flat products; magnet and busbar wire often follows ASTM B187/B188. Match the specification to the conductor class.
C11000 and C10200 reach about 100% IACS and C10100 about 101% IACS. Conductivity drives most wire selection, so temper and purity are controlled tightly during drawing and annealing.
Magnet wire, building wire, busbars, grounding conductors and welding cable. Annealed wire is used where flexibility matters; hard-drawn wire where tensile strength is needed.
Linsy Copper supplies pure copper wire against ASTM specs with per-order MTR/MTC, SGS on request, RoHS/REACH compliance, low-MOQ custom production and a 10–60 day lead time, with quote response within 1 hour.
