C10100 copper, commonly referred to as Oxygen-Free Electronic (OFE) copper, is a high-purity copper grade containing a minimum of 99.99% copper with extremely low oxygen levels. It is manufactured to ASTM B170 and ASTM F68 standards for applications requiring exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity.
Produced through controlled oxygen-free refining processes, C10100 copper offers superior ductility, excellent formability, and resistance to hydrogen embrittlement. Its conductivity reaches up to 101% IACS, making it ideal for high-frequency and precision electrical systems.
C10100 copper is widely used in vacuum components, semiconductor equipment, and advanced electronic devices where material purity is critical. It is particularly suitable for aerospace, medical, and scientific industries requiring stable and high-reliability performance.
