C77000 nickel silver is a copper-nickel-zinc alloy containing approximately 18% nickel, developed to provide a bright silver-colored appearance together with excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical performance. Despite its name, C77000 contains no actual silver and derives its color and properties from its nickel content.
Produced through rolling, drawing, and precision fabrication processes, C77000 offers excellent formability, dimensional stability, and surface finish quality. Its combination of aesthetic appeal, strength, and wear resistance makes it suitable for both decorative and functional applications.
C77000 nickel silver is extensively used in musical instruments, eyeglass frames, decorative hardware, electrical connectors, zippers, and precision industrial components where appearance, durability, and corrosion resistance are important.
