C11000 copper, commonly known as Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) copper, is a high-purity copper grade containing a minimum of 99.9% copper and manufactured to ASTM B152 standards. It is widely recognized as the industry standard material for electrical and general engineering applications.
Produced through controlled electrolytic refining and hot rolling processes, C11000 offers excellent electrical conductivity up to 101% IACS and strong thermal performance. Its balanced mechanical properties and good formability make it suitable for both fabrication and precision machining.
C11000 copper is extensively used in electrical systems, heat exchangers, and architectural components where high conductivity and reliability are required. It is an ideal material for industries such as power generation, HVAC, electronics, and construction.
